I use Photoshop CS2. Does anyone know how to age photos to the liking of an old poleroid? You know, kind of washed out, soft.
Along the lines of this:

duplicate the layer, blur it a tad, then change the opacity so you can se the other one through it (that softens the edges). Mess with the hue/saturation of the original to wash it out.
it think that's all you would have to do....

add a very light grunge feel to it.

It's already been blurred enough, I would say put a VERY SLIGHT sepia tone on it, keep some of the color. It looks pretty old as is, so not much to do.
As for a washout... blurry layer mask? Denno, never tried it.

lol vexir.... he wanted his photo to look like that one.... so he has to blur it :)

Ooooh. Sorry, misinterpreted the request. If thats the case I'd suggest do what 3D said, then afterwards go in with the blur tool and just blur selective random areas a little more to stand out.
You can also get some great dust and scratches brushes at Photoshop websites, there are loads, just google it. Or you can do it yourself :)
