Follow Mouse

Hi

I was wondering how to make an object follow the mouse.

But i want the mouse to move towards where the mouse goes, and not directly follow it straight on like the tutorial here.

yea thats what im looking for but why does the arrow keep flipping back and forth when you leave it still, also is it possible to make it so that it doesnt spin but just stay straight
