I am wondering if anyone knows of free or trial ware or whatever! software that I could use to make a cd install onto a persons computer instead of them having to run it from the disk.

At work we have created an Audio Learning CD in flash but we would like it to install on the end users computer instead of having to run it off the disk. Does anyone know of a way to make that possible? Thanks very much guys - time is of the essence here :)

you need to have them "copy" the files to thier hard drive... There are security protocols to subvert...

I dont want them to "copy" the files because most of the people who are going to be using this are "idiots" when it comes to computers.

I want it simple as heck - it just pops up and says "would you like to install this cd" they click yes and away it goes. There has to be some software for that!

OH YAH - and it's MY name not yours... pick your own handle fakie mcfake-a-lot.:trout:

I don't, but if you post a new thread in the scripting forum, someone may be able to help.

It shouldn't be that hard for someone else, just extremely difficult for a lousy coder like me...
