Text in photoshop always looks blurred. How can I make it look like HTML text?

Thanks for checking me post out...

When I type text using the text tool in Photoshop, my text never looks sharp - always slightly blurred.

How can I make text that looks like the quality of HTML text?

when you are writing text at the top near the font box
is an option that lets you choose
Smooth
Sharp
and things like that

thanks man - that's great!

one more thing...when i type the font in flash, it appears fine, yet when i type with the same font in photoshop, it appears bold - even though i can't seem to find any setting that sets it as bold - any suggestions?

At the top of the Character Palette is a drop-down with options. Is "faux Bold" checked?
