Looking for an RPG engine

i need an rpg engine to use for a game i want to create does any one have a complete engine fished that they would like to donate???

i need an engine very simlar to pokemon top screen veiw you walk around things fight you, you gain levels, the engine has to surrport custom maps that are easy to make.

i really don't kare, it doesn't matter to me, artbase has more flex in it, but tile will do, i can always modify the engine if i don't like it, right? just point me in a good direction

I'm also a big fan of his work. He helped me alot in my early days of flash (well, game making days that is).
