Cannot access website which is available

This website: www.armadahosting.com (http://www.armadahosting.com) is actually online and I contacted a person that works there but I cannot actually access it. I tried to cmd>ping it but I get 100% loss. This website is the only one I cannot gain access, my Internet is normal.

It's nothing of that nature. The person I contacted said it maybe a routing problem I am having but I am connected by Ethernet to the cable modem. Don't know what's wrong...

IE says it cannot find the server whilst Firefox says it gets timed out. Although there are more hopes with FF since it says "Connecting". However, a friend of mine is with another ISP and the site comes up for him, strange...

I just got this back from ISP Support:


It appears as though the remote host is blocking OptusNet users from accessing their pages.
I would suggest querying the block with the remote hosts.
