Quiz type game need help...

Ej guys.. im asked to make a quiz type game with categorie selection, levels, multiple chioce awnser en a kidy look and feel.. but how to start, this is something i have never done befor..

i have a game board setup and a function that gets quistions and awnsers from xml, but now i think about it.. i need levels, randomize... but also a system that keeps up what questions have bin asked already???
