please help with new computer install !

I am installing an Asus A8N-SLI motherboard and having problems. I have everything installed, I boot up the system, no strange beeps, hard drive seems to be running but it gets to the first screen where it says to press delete to enter setup/bios and it just sits there. The keyboard doesn't work, can't click shift on the keyboard, I also tried the keyboard on some usb ports and still won't let me hit delete. any suggestions ?

seems to work now ! i installed a new SATA drive and held down the del key and was able to get into bios. All set :)

Oh USB drivers dont work for some bios. I know that i couldnt use my G5 mouse when using some bios type app... you may want to use a usb to keyboard slot... i think purple is keyboard for most.

It will freeze on that first screen when your mobo is grounding to your case. If you are still having problems you might want to check that. I have the exact same motherboard and had the exact same symptoms and it was a grounding issue.
