Playing streaming sounds in HTML pages

Hello all,
Does any body know how to insert Real player or Quick time player inside a simple HTML page? I want to play streaming sounds while the page is displaying.
Also, I have a request from people who tried this before, please tell me which is the best method to do this? If you have methods different than using Quicktime player or Real player in the page, tell me about it. If there is no other method, please tell me what is the better to use, Qucktime or Real player??
