well the first thing I noticed- was the choppy gradeitn for the background. Smooth it out so you dotn get the lines all through it. I like the concept but it is not as fucntional as it could be. The wheel in the bottom right corner gets a little annoying because it is just hard to understand- but the whole having a map thing is kinda cool.

Space out the content a little as well.

That's all I can pick at the moment hehe :P

i think the idea is nice and can be a pretty nice site but as darkmotion says it does need work, i would raise the frame rate, keep it up :)

I didn't understand the compass either, and i think the lighthouse gets too red when you mouseover it. And the link text shouldn't be red.

And i think the mission statement should go on the front page. I don't understand what they do, or why they want a maritime look on their page.

And shouldn't it read "Where Mission Meet Profile?

To be really picky, the light from the lighthouse should be a cone.

I'd go a lot further- but I'd have a huge list of tiny things that add up to the overall site's effect.
