Looks nice... I like the title (but 'E' in Egypt is a bit odd due to touch of branches)

But I did not get the use of fonts on contents... 1 is sarif and the other is sans sarif type... I would think of making it consistent...

Ahhh yes, I can also see that it's an E now :)

However the headline at upper left looks strange - the kerning seems to have vanished so it all looks a bit squeezed together, almost as if the letters have been added manually. I've also got to agree about the fonts, they still don't look consistent. I would've aimed for perhaps sticking to one family of fonts (apart from the title) but it looks like you have used a monospaced typewriter-style font for your issue #/price; san serif Arial-style font for one headline; serifed Times (with drop shadow) for the second set of headlines; an outline font for the third headline; what looks like an Egyptian-style font for the price; and then a further font for the banner. Changing the Arial font to Times would probably solve the kerning problem and also give a more consistent look to the cover generally.

The barcode looks fine although I think it should appear on a completely white background to ensure that it's picked up by a scanner. Removing the tint from that element would do the trick.

Other than that, it's a nice looking page and certainly a mysterious and alluring cover photo.
