very simple, but nicely done. I think it really looks like a mag cover.

Nice - not entirely sure about the choice of image and it's relevance for Flash. It looks more appropriate for a Big Issue cover. Toronto is spelt wrong twice but otherwise, the cover is very easy on the eye.
