flat & laser safe (letterheads): Flat is usually a term used to describe a package or something similar and it's size before being put together (hence flat). however, with letterhead it seems like a strange thing, I've been doing this for a few years now and have never heard of that. Laser safe just means you can take the letterhead and run it through any laser printer without the letterhead being damaged.

cockle and light cockle finish (letterheads): Just a coating used to protect your letterhead. Really doesn't matter either way, you probably won't even notice.

certificate bond or linen or strathemore...whats better? (letterheads)
classic crest?: These are all types of paper. Strathemore and Classic Crest are both really good and affordable papers (I use Classic Crest all the time). The other two are higher end papers which are both really nice but is just an issue of price for you (i would say linen if you're going to pay for it). And of course all these papers have different weights, finishes and colors so you might want to just request paper samples first so you can see which is best for you.

Hope this helped.
