I voted IE6 since it is my preferred browser, but I also use the latest Mozilla, I like that one too.

Why do use different ones Lost? Is there that much of a difference? I mean I don't see what can be better. All you do it look at a site through it?

As a person who practices web design languages I use both browsers to check compatibility.

Other than that... Mozillas tabbed browsing is EXCELLENT when I don't want to have a billion windows opened at once, and Mozilla works faster on my comp than IE at times.

My pc is slow when I visit Flash websites I then installed this program and I got very best animation good program called :- Fast Browser Pro 6.0 (http://download.com.com/3000-2356-10191989.html?tag=lst-0-2)

its very good program but not that good for me !

speed isn't everything Blastboy. How well does it handle cross browser CSS, Javascript, etc?

Speed isn't anything when it can't display anything useful.

How do you test Mozilla How do you know that this browser is good and kan handel this and that please learn me how !

Now I found something wrong with Fast browser !

A very simple thing ! I canot add any smilies from the simlies window to this text window ! I press one and nothing happens !
but in Mozilla it works ! hehehe ! but now it works ;( O what happend ?:pope: :rd: :ninja: :cool: :phil: :beam: :block: :stunned: :crazy:

I use IE because
1) it opens fast. Boom open it, its there
2) its also my file browser for the OS. Viewing files? Boom, instant web browser or vise versa.
3) enough interface control so that I have all my file menus, toolbars, buttons, addressbar etc all in one bar under the titlebar - small compact and out of the way. - and most IMS have icons for the toolbar
4) built in full screen (though most browsers have that now and there was a plugin for NS4) - and I mean this in that when *I* want to go to full screen, not so other crackhead web designers can put me there. Btw, if they do I instantly close the window and dont even look at the site.
5) easy simple built in ftp
6) most other people use it and design for it because its pretty much the most common of the browsers :-\
7) full mousewheel support (mozilla not - not unless theyve got that in there now)
8) free (sorry opera)

...then again on Mac I use Safari.

I use Netscape because it has an html editor which is quite nice...
And I like to use the cache to retrieve the swf i viewed when I surfed... And it handles CSS better than IE (well maybe except the little text gimmicks such as blur/opacity.....)

oh yeah mlkdesign, thats another one ;) because viewing source in IE is done in notepad, my primary HTML editing program :) (dreamweaver being secondary) This is great especially when testing files on the drive since you just view source, edit ctrl+s and refresh

the flash plugin is available for linux (v6), just not the Flash authoring app :-\
