Hey, first of all I would like to say I'm new to this forum. I Have been looking around this website for the past year orso and I figured I would join. I promise I'll post regulary and if I don't you can smack with a fish. Honest. :) Now it kind of sucks that my first post is a question, which makes me sound kind of noobish. That's why I included an assignment from school which you can look at and give critique on.
So anyways, my question was how to make this wallpaper (http://www.kirupa.com/developer/flash8/images/wallpaper.jpg) in Photoshop. Maulik already wrote a tutorial on this for Flash which you can find here (http://www.kirupa.com/developer/flash8/gradient_art.htm).
Anyways, yeah. I have some sort of idea of how to do it, but I'm sure I won't get the same results. I know I could do it in 3D more easily and faster, but I would like to know a technique to create such gradient-like effects.
Thanks in advance. :)
Oh wait... I told you I would show you some stuff, huh? Allright. Click here (http://boogz.futureinquestion.net/stuff/home2.html). The first you'll come across is the 'splash' page. You'll see an intro on it and you can click one of the pictures to go to a specific page of the website. If you click the picture, you'll go to the main lay-out. If you click that again you'll go back to the previous page, making an endless loop which will keep you clicking for all eternity (or if you're on a laptop with only a battery, then it'll stop when it runs out of electricity).
That was it I guess.
