Can someone tell me where I can get help on Flash 5

I really need help in Flash. I don't know how to use it. I want to make animation but I don't know how. Can some please help me. Is there a site that show me step by step on how to use Flash?

Also.. I highly recomend picking up Peachpit Presses Flash 5.0 book. It's not too expensive.. and it goes through the basic drawing tools as well as the basics of flash animation and a/s.

It's the book I started with and I could make a full run animation with picture viewer by the end of week 4.. (and that's having no prior programs under my belt. I was a complete newbie. )
