That really looks like a highly interesting magazine to read :P

Other than that it looks good. Maybe increase the opacities of the backgrounds to the text.

u can draw a rectengular shape in the bottom of the magazine and write some titles and some contents. ("revolutionary applications", "make your web to travel with you", etc) :D

It looks great but like everyone said it is an advertisement, not a magazine. You need more stuff about the content and the magazine itself (like price, name, etc). Your magazine should be about CMS as a whole or something and then there would be an article about FLATE and Flash based CMS.

Ahh, for some reason I read "magazine ad" :{ Thanks for the advice though.

Niraj, the two images are from sxc.hu, on the first page of most downloaded.

These hills in particular reminded me of that Gateway commercial where delivery people are running down this hill carrying black/white colored boxes :cons:

But, I can see the resemblence to the Bliss wallpaper from MS also!

It's funny, because it reminds me of the default background that XP places on your desktop. Of course, it screamed ad to me. My first reaction was (before reading posts ensuing) this is an ad! :look: The explanation removed my confusion, but other than that, it's a spectacular ad. :P
