It's not really professional or nicely laid out so pretty much anyone can put a site like that together.

Since there's 10 sections, I would price it at $10-15 per section the way it's laid out. So the entire site should be around $100-$150.

If it was nicely laid out with an nicer design, you can easily charge $50-$100 per section so that entire site could jump up to $500-$1000.
