3dmax, tutorials and plug-ins

i'm a beginner with this programme, and now, i want a few good links to pages where i found good tutorials, not difficult explenations.

An other question: are there plug-ins for this program?

maybe, if you want, you can give me tips, how to work with it or learn me more about this.

search for "Digimation" on google, they make plugins for max, altho they're quite costy... 500$ for some I think...

and for tut's, try the top sticky in this forum, there's lot's of tut sites in there. :)
