A vehicle and a body can't hurt, but by the looks of it, they may look too big compared to the rest of the real people and things in kVille :) Instead, you may be better off adding some more textures/details to the building.

You might want to work on the walls a little bit around the roof. The exterior walls all look like they're paper-thin.
