Mockups - Standard size???

Hi
I would like to know whats the standard size for a mockup. I would like to give some mockups for my client using powerpoint. I just want to know the size of the image that i should use so that it fits properly in full screen mode.
Any standards or suggestions are welcome

I always do them full size. Basically I've taken a Ctrl + Alt + Print Screen of an IE window in various resolutions and put them into Photoshop psd files to use as bases. Then I just open the screenshot of the resolution I require and do the mock up. :)

That also gives you a good idea of exactly how much room you will have on screen. :)
