How do I open a .eps file in Photoshop? When I try to open it there is a "Rasterize Generic EPS Format" box that pops up. I leave the defaults as they are and select OK.
Then I get an error saying, "Could not complete your request because the parser module cannot parse the file"
Any ideas? Is it even possible to open .eps with Photoshop?
Thank you!

Err… sounds like you've got a corrupted file. Can you try saving a blank eps, then opening it again?

Yeh, I would think it's corrupted, or is from a higher version of PS/AI.
If you didn't create the original file, ask if you can get the .ai or .psd original.

If not, use File==>Place.

It must be a corrupted file. I just created/saved/opened one in Photoshop with no problem.
I tried File ===> Place and I got the same error message.
I do need to edit the one I was sent, but I guess he'll have send a different one.
Thanks!
