I would say that the more regular my experiences are, the less often I think about it in a day.

There are a lot of things that influence this though.. age, sleeping habits, fulfilled fantacies, even what you eat can effect how often you will think about it. At 32, I'm finding that I think on it a lot less, happily. My fiance has never had the level of sexual desire that I have.

They are basicaly saying, "don't masterbate to relieve the feeling, it will just make it worse, rather, ignore the itch for a while and it goes away."

I agree with that. I just meant that when I get it regularly, the itch disapeared as well.
