Hi
My friend got win 2003 server installed, apache, mysql and e107 portal system, he is trying to CHMOD folder to 777 with ftp, but nothing happens, any idea?

Chmod is a linux command, and Windows doesn't support it. I think all directories and files have the equivalent to 777 (all permissions to all people) in Windows, but I'm not sure.

Just leave that out.
