Change background colour from geolocation weather

Does one of you remember the flash website that was changing it's background colour deppending of the viewer geolocation weather?

If I remember well, it was an exercice in a German school... (but not shure !)

im not sure, but i am curious too as i was thinking doing that with a site. I hope some1 can post the answer.

I remember a guys blog that changed the upper picture to what ever the weather was at HIS house... but I am not sure what you are tlaking about.

you can grab the user's location via ip, then use perl's weather.com package to get the local weather.
