Hi guys!

I finally finish my web site its. http://www.ventura.com.do the page its actualy in spanish, but you can see the style of my work and some sites that i made. :D

in my site i have my portafolio, and some graphics, i want that you tell me what do you think about my site!!

Oh wait… that's just a language thing… :P

Anyways, this belongs in Showcase & Critiques, not in Kool Sites.

I think the site is awesome. My only complaint is the horizontal padding on the footer of the portfolio page.

A great example of Flash being used where Standards would have served better.

This is where Flash gets a bad name.....overuse.

Did you make the transition sounds yourself?
Not to be negativ, but sounds alot like 2advanced old transition sounds on their (I think expansion site)

yea.. i agree with some of the other peeps.

but i think you're animation and speed is very nice and smooth which i like. i think the graphics look old and too much like 2advanced.

i don't think this is an example of flash being overused.

ps: your portfolio websites look wikked generic. like websites that you go on another website and use a website bulder to build. there's no style. nothing unique.

Nokrev do you happen to have a bipolar personality? ...First you say the site's awesome and then you agree to the fact that site has overused Flash.

No… it's an awesome site, but it really demonstrates how Flash does not add anything to plain xhtml/css. So, I think it would have been better to do it in xhtml/css, and still keep the style.

Oh, and calling people bipolar is well… could be offensive. That's a medical condition.

The page is very standard, but it's nicely done. I too think it's a little over the top with the flash thing - with such an intro, you'd expect something more than a run of the mill page.

Also i think the Diseņo Grafico section could be left out, if you haven't got other projects than the 3d sci fi explosion style things to show - it looks like the same picture with different colors, or variations over the same concept. Pick the one you like best, and leave the others out.
