Need inspiration

Hi, not sure if this is exactly the right thread..

I am making a photography portoflio in flash - we have it so that his thumbnails scroll left and right according to mouse movements - but I am stuck on a nice way for the larger images to be launched when clicking a thumbnail?

I really don't want to resort to a javascript popup.

Anyone know of nay nice samples online?
