it's ok but the text on the bottom dosent fit. The font is different than the top and contrasts with the grunge...... I think it might be too much grunge on the text to be honest

I quite like it, but I'd make "the" the same height a the "P" extend the line across too.

3d nirvana is right about the text at the bottom....maybe its the font, the the colour, the size, the position? I'm not sure or maybe you could incorporate it into the bar/underline.

Nice grundge(sp) effects man. My only comment is to take out the text at the bottom, or make it fit with everything else, other than that its great!
