Honestly I think its just too plain :(

Lack of colour, lack of any great visual interest and it all looks boring....if you added some more colours and some object of interest it would look a lot better.

Yup, it is pretty plain. you seem to be using about 10 shades of blue too....is this intentional?

Some of the English on the site is pretty awful too, sorry, but this may turn more into a English correcting exercise, but this really grind my gears in websites, here are a few examples

It have a power full admin feature
Should be "it has powerful admin features"

Design-Code is a internet based non profit company working to help webmasters. We aim to help webmasters. We also do webdesigning and development at custom level.
This just doesn't make much sense. "......working to help webmasters. We aim to help webmasters" Why does it say the same thing twice? You really should proof read a website before its published. Admittedly i'm pretty bad with checking my forum posts, but a website that offers a service will not invoke much confidence with so many basic grammatical errors....

We also do webdesigning and development at custom level. This really doens't sound right either. What exactly is "custom level"? Surely something like "We provide web design services to specifically suit your needs" would sound better?

We appreciate your visit and hope that you would have like this website
"We appreciate you visiting our website, we hope you enjoyed it."

I can understand English is more than likely not your first language if you come from Pakistan, but there are plenty of programs, web examples that could be used or learned from. I'm sure my French website would be full of mistakes first time round.

Now for a lil design critque. Web templates section. The text is too close to the images. Same in Affliates

Why have 2 links to the forum? one for developers and one for designers? when they both link to the same page?

Although you've made it simple, it could still have been exciting. This site probably works for people looking for php-skills, but the design bunch won't be fooled.

It has template written all over it.

It is a bit plain. I like the header though, with the two-tone bar underneath it :). What font are you using for that?

Sometimes plain is good. better load times w/o all those fancy graphics. Im not a fan of the justified right column though. Good site for people trying to get into PHP.
