This is a rough layout for a Printing Company now moving into other media, like promotional items printing and what not. I had to use their logo (upper left) along with its color. Didn't want to overdue the strong turqois so i added the khaki and iron oxide red to the scheme. When all is coded the top nav will be flash with some subtle animated rollovers, of course the FPO section will have a flash movie with artwork from their most recent print campaign (Corporate Apparel). Everything will be laid out with tables and css. The news (upper right) section will be pulled from a db.

So, this is the basis, let me know about colors, layout, any other helpful ideas on showing info etc...

Alright, this is the third time the page has reset itself and eaten everything I've written...

I think you've created a nice feel for the page. It is stable and classy, and it feels like a company with experience and style, which is exactly what you want in a printing company.

I prefer the text positioning from the tan header, but the color scheme from the turquoise header.

This opening page is very nice, I think what will make or break the job is the presentation of the rest of the material, and I think that may be slightly more difficult. I'm sure you'll do a great job. Look forward to seeing it.

Yeah, I was leaning toward the turqois header myself.
Definitely agree with you on following through with the rest of the site. I'll have to pay close attention on that.

re: reset page....that happened to me too (if a mod sees this)
