http://www.templatemonster.com/flash-templates/8464.html

After the splah page the main page opens, you are under water looking up at the surface of the water with the sun light reflecting through the water.

Does anyone know how this was created ?

Does anyone know of a tutorial to achive an effect like this ?

Thanks for any help.

uh man I've seen that effect before

the template you're looking at won't actually have that coded into the template, they've bought it (likely as a video) from someone else....but it's driving me nuts to try and remember the name of the site I originally seen it on :(

I've seen that site too! I googled it and found:
http://www.advanceflash.com/

EDIT: if you go to 'products' and put 'water' as keyword you'll find some similar stuff

@ RabBell
"they've bought it (likely as a video)"
Thanks for the response... Video ! that’s what I was afraid of. I was sooo hoping that it might have been done in 3DS Max.

@ danulf
Thanks for the link... I ran them side by side and they are so close. Obviously they are different blues. But one has more sunlight and I think the wave pattern is a little different.

The template is only $65 US. The file from them is $50. So either they have used it illegally in the template, or it is a different file.

@ Grmlyn
So many mod wanna bees around today.

@ the real mod
Thank you for moving this to the appropriate area.

EDIT:
@ danulf
I kept looking after i posted and there is another water effect there. I believe that is the one used.
Thanks again for that.

I just checked the template and the flash file they provide the movie is made out of a sequence of PNG files.

Hope it helps
