I just saw it in my cache. It's pretty good ;) The chalk outline stands out too much though. Besides that, it would make a nice entry in the suburban part of kVille hehe.

Hi Kirupa. What Chalk outline do you speak of?
I love kirupaville but I would like to chat with you about a new version if thats ok, making things a bit bigger. I saw a great pixel city recently ( not better than kirupaville but bigger in terms of plots - giving designers a lot of scope)

(check the various rooms - downtown etc)
kirupaville would be beyond awsome if we had this sort of size to work with.
This is just my thoughts and I have no doubt that you have a reason for the size of our plots.
Just food for thought :)
love Marley.

I think that with a bit more shading and a detail or two your house would be a great addition to kirupaville.
btw. maybe this is not a ville thing but its quite cool : http://www.pixeljoint.com/thejoint/

salvador - I'm seeing things. Ignore my chalk outline mention :P
Regarding the size of the buildings, the current kVille was built-over the first kVille. So pretty much the initial sizes were kept intact so all of the old buildings will still have a home.
In one of my to-do lists, this are some of the improvements I was hoping to have for kville:
Standardized Sizes: Right now, some of the buildings have doors that giants can fit through, while a same sized building is a skyscraper. There needs to be some uniformity in the building scales.
-
Adding People/Trees/Cars: The city would look a lot more lively with smaller random things such as people walking, cars waiting in traffic, etc. Right now, it looks like a ghost town.
-
Adding a Beach: Instead of simply tiling roads and plots, a fixed area of beach sand and water would add add some new colors and give people something new to work on. You can create boats, sharks, houses by the shore, sand castles, etc.
-
Overlapping Plots: Instead of restricting users to the few plot sizes, designers should be allowed to have giant buildings that take up several adjacent plots also. What do you think about this? Some of these modifications would ensure most of the current kVille buildings will survive, so we wouldn't be starting from scratch :)

Yes all good ideas Kirupa and also the overlapping plots would allow for more design space.
