I've tried everythign I can think of but i cannot figure out how to point my godaddy.com domain to the hosting that I am using. The host allows addon domains so :S im stumped as to how to get it working.

:) Any help?

Thanks people :kommie:

If you are transfering a domain name that you've already got, you must contact the previous host of that domain name and ask them to change the IPS Tag to your new hosting company's Tag.

Yeah I don't think you can do it in cpanel by yourself.

If you registered the domain name through godaddy.com I'm sure they allow you to modify the settings (ive never used them). Try logging into your godaddy account and look for "Nameserver settings" or something similar. Then you have to find out what name servers your current host has, and just point to them. Example:
NS1.HOSTING.COM

log into godaddy account - select domains - my domain names - once you see your domain click on it and on the right you get - nameservers summary along with dns and forwarding.

Some hosts require a one time fee for new addon domains. I dont know if yours does or not.
