It's pretty clean, I like it. I don't know about your splash page though, it doesnt go well with the rest of the site.

I don't think that it was necessary to change your design (but let's not get back to that). But your new design is also cool. simple and clean. The only thing that hurts my eyes is the color of the buttons during the "over" stage. But everything else is cool.

I like this design much better. I think the original blue was too harsh on the eyes (too much contrast with the white).. great job. :)

try optimizing your png it takes 4 ever 2 load on 56k and try using a preloader for your flash other than that looks great

if you would wanna keep the image on the top i think all that wit would need is to have a rounded border like the other boxed sections

also i might wana put the shoultbox content and the form on 2 seperate iframes for better functionality

i also might stretch the height of the Shell also but that might not be me but my resolution talking ;)

it looks great all in all though, i didnt get to see the previous design unfortunatly but i really like this one i think it works well :)
