If that is your first, then it is very good!

The lips could use a little work, and you could work on shading the face and neck a little more, but otherwise, excellent!

It's a good start. You should add the shadows to the face. It looks really really flat. I'm sure there should be shadows around the eyes, on the nose, below the nose, by the lips, under the cheeks, the sides of the face and under the chin.

too flat. adding highlights and shadows would be cool. nice one for a start:)

Flat needs more shading, more detail, but its really nice for your first start, looks like your going to be good :D

just came across this thread and I don't even know how old is this one but anyway I think her lips are fine its just she is not that good looking :P:D
