My footer text

I'm confused, when i change my text to dynamic on my footer the holes in the text are clear. When I change it to static text or imput text, it fills the holes with blue (as seen in the footer now). Could someone explain to me how to fix it?

the only way i know how to fix it is break apart the text, ctrl b, and using the arrow tool, select the middle of the letter and delete it.
pixel fonts usually have that problem if the pixels are not connected properly.
