I know this might sound terribly glib, but the easiest thing for you to do is dump Publisher - which isn't a true web authoring app - and pick up a copy of Dreamweaver. Dreamweaver has a button which you click and then add in your Flash content. It's that simple.
If you are a professional doing this to earn money, invest in Dreamweaver. If you are a hobbyist doing this for enjoyment, and don't have the cash for a copy of DW, build the entire site with Flash. Either way, dump Publisher.

I didnt want to say this as the first reply but now that someone else replied and you got an answer i will suggest something regarding to posting. Please next time you post dont write that type of title (like help me!!). Try to put a statement that resumes your problem. :) Dont take it as im builing you, but if you do that you will get help faster.Actually, my frst post was something like "help me please i need an answer" :) Im happy that you found what you were looking for.

or you can simply copy the object tag from other source sites, it's not big deal to modify parameters.
