hey everyone. i'm supposed to turn this gif into a vector, and i can't figure out what the deuce that little circlie thing is below the 'raindrop' kinda graphic. any ideas?

most probably a right reserved or copyright thingy... I'd stick with the rights reserved letter, you know the R with a circle around it..
