Hey guys! Absolutley love this forum and Kirupa!
A lot of creative talent in here!
So it would be cool to see what you guys think about our new design. We are a new Swedenbased designcompany.
This design is just going to be online for a couple of weeks until the "real" design is ready!

I like that zooming idea and the background of your HTML is very cool too. The whole site looks pretty small though. Is that all the content there's gonna be? And the links in your portfolio section should be indicated properly. I didn't first realize there were links too.

thnx sumo!
That's all the content there is ..
And the links, yes a few others complained about that too!
Got any tips to do it more clearly?

the different elements aren't tying together at all. you have a pink floral background, then a blue floral section, then oranges, then a cat. see what i'm getting at?
the nav isn't obvious enough. i didn't realize until my 2nd visit that i could click on the nav to zoom in.

text is too small, and the cat looks weird in that different shade of the color with the transition
i like the bg, and the logo is unique:)

Is the text still to small after you zoom in?

This is a really nice interface. I appreciate the simplicity and crispness of the functionality, but agree with the above posters about some of the smaller design decisions. I don't think it needs to be bigger, but whatever the interface for the portfolio is going to be, that will HAVE to be bigger than this. You always want to display your work as large as possible/appropriate just so people can really see what you want them to look at.
Nice job!

OK! That's true daleth!
I have to solve it somehow! I think I'm only gonna use a few references on this temporary page and then for the next "real" totally new design I have that in mind!
Thanx a lot ye all! :thumb:
