help on loading in Iframes

but need to no how to load the target doc in my Iframe called "main"

Well after downloading the .zip file I see they include a config.htm file that explains what the script does.

In exmplmenu_var.js file there is a variable called DocTargetFrame, sounds like thats what you want, have it target your iframe name.

I recommend reading the files that are in the .zip file before trying to configure this, it might help you out a lot.

Do you mean you have your page, then the iframe and a link that loads that page in the iframe?
