Hi guys,
I havent posted here in aggeesssss.. okay,
Lets get to it.

This is my site, quite simple.. but thats we are aiming for to orientate the students (the links dont work)
http://www.island.hawaii.edu/FinAid/

What Im looking for specificaly is feedback on the menu (looks and whatnot)
and compatability.
Speed, and no active-x of any sort. Just something easy to access.

And of course, anything else you guys have.

Looks very good. :thumb:

A couple of ideas. First, on the nav, try changing the font-color on hover. The gray and green don't mix well; try putting a darker gray, and a font-color of white (while you're add it, make the background contain a larger area).

Then, which I expect you've intended to do, is style the body links which are currently blue. Meh, just something.

Finally, try moving the vector background to about 70%, or 200px from the right. That way it won't be hidden by the gray sidebar.

All small things. Looks great.

I agree with nokrev on the nav bar. Grey and green don't mix well (the grey is too dark anyway. Or make it darker, and then have light text so it's inverted).

The menu and the menu items look kind of small though. It doesn't really stand out as a navigation. But big menus are usually something I do =/

It looks perfect in Opera 9 Preview 2 on Windows XP.
