The type is a difficult to read, especially the "to view this site..." stuff. The gradient makes it difficult. Also maybe make the transitions a little faster?
Looking cool.

You need more structure. I have to wait for 3 things (intro screens?) to load before I can actually view the site. And after surfing for a few minutes I still don't have the slightest idea what this is about. It's just a billion effects on a website as far as I can see.

You need to up the framerate dramatically. Also doing all the graphics in Flash is not always the best way to go about doing things. Sometimes you need the Wonderful Photoshop to create some nice graphics. I can see what you are going for, but it looks like you almost tried too hard to do everything all at once with this site. Try and simplify some things down and get rid of some elements here and there.

is this a portfolio for your work? i thought you were an engineer (at least it says that on your site). but all i see is odd overdone photoshop pieces and no engineering work.
one big tip that will help out many people: the people visiting your site do not care about you, only what you or your site can do for them. that said, all the bits of information not vital to their interest should be removed.
the bio section should be condensed and not include your favorite color.
highlights should be on the opening page (if at all) and only there and not continuous on every page taking up a third of your vertical height.
one last important thing, as stated above, there is no single theme apparent to the site, it has too many styles. there may be a way to use them all but right now they do not blend and look like many online tutorials slapped into a single site.
there are some nice concepts, you just have to pick one and go with it.
*also, a spelling/grammar check couldn't hurt (me included), maybe english is not your first language but props, i got the message.

thanks man for your first question yes this is kind of portfolio for me also as it said on the site i love designing and learning flash.
i'll work on adding much content.
also i donot understand what is the problem in adding much effects to your site as it keeps it looks good.
it dosenot have much information on the site about what i study which is engineering cause i still in student i didnot achieve much yet in engineering cause i didnot practice engineer life yet.
final thing thanks for reply.

Sorry... I don't think it's a good site... and the reasons have already been posted. And for the most part I think that guinness said what I would've said (only nicer)... except for:
there are some nice concepts, you just have to pick one and go with it.
I see no "concepts"... that are benifical. The site is disorganized, the grammar is really bad. And graphically it's really weak.
As for lots of effects on flash sites... they can make your site look good... but that's not the case on this one, and although it doesn't have an over abundance of effects, they don't look good and aren't used well either.
One major thing that you need to do is narrow down your font selection. The other one is use photoshop to or something to give it some type of graphical appeal. You say in your info you have "big experience"... well lets see it put to use. I can commend you on the attempt, as the technical aspects of the site aren't horrible... but as a whole the site is severly lacking.

font = not cool
speed = not cool
effects = not cool
organization = not cool
font - Choose one and stick with it. Also create more contrast between the font and the bgrd. I would go with a good pixel font.
speed - up the fps or shrten the timelines
effects - you dont have a set theme/color. Almost looks like you did a few tutorials and placed them all together. WOrk on a consistant theme and color
organization - Where do I start. to enter buttons, a slough of loading, bad spacing and contrast. You need to search around maybe check out ya3's site I think that is the look you are after. Dont rip but learn from it.
Overal it is a good try but you need to work on the actual design and color theory behind it
Keep it up.

go here....I think this is the style you are after. www.ya3.has.it that brushed metal look.
I only say the tutorial this because I just see a bunch of non conforming elements. Thats A-typical of a tutorial monger gone bad. But this is all constructive criticism, take it and grow... We all get beat up around here sometimes.

my page is www.beyondthepixel.com if you want the content you'll have to wait just like everyone else here has been for the last 2-3 yrs :lol:
you can do a search around these boards though if it's my "talent" you're questioning, and draw your own conclusions.
also i didnot say i have big experience in photoshop i am beginer in photo shop if you read the text in the designs section i said i'm not a pro
