Hi. Yeah, most things are xml with a few exceptions. It was built with the intention of finding work (hate my job). It's only the second flash site I've built, and after a year of endless redesigns, overhauls and tweaks I'm pretty happy with it...

mmm...there's alot of seriously nice elements in this! THe only thing is I think there's a little too much going on at any one time. For example, when you click on web, the elements in that are beautiful! But there are just a few too many borders, menus, competeing for attention. For a start I would loooove to see this without the bottom picture of the wall...I realllly love the picture of the bird, the white screen with the ever so subtle shadin in it. I love your main font under the bird illustration too.

The wall has had pretty much the same response from people I know. I really like it though. Bahoo hoo hoo.
