really bad load times

On my website www.teamn3.com , everything loads like an old lady driving an SUV.

And the flash menu loads in like 3 seconds, and you see a white background before it loads.

Are there any tips on how to streamline my site?

for the flash bit. give the TD the same color as the body (redish) - also make sure that the background color of the flash file is also this color.

Also if you really want to use a background img for the flash TD then make it narrower - it will tile anyway. Dont make it 1px though. Although it may download quicker it will redraw slower.

as for the loading times it is probably cause you have the jpg/gif quality too high.

also with in terms of your html code. you are only meant to open and close html, title, body tags once - not several times.

I would suggest either re-doing it from scratch or gettiing some friend who knows html to remove all the dodgy code.
