Problem with menu

Hallo,

I have a problem with my menu, first evrythings work fine. You click on the different links and I see 2 problems

1.
if you go to anotherlink the swissknife coming up???? only with a second click loads the new swf


2.
You can't go back to the home page???


Plzzzz, help me solve these 2 probs, if you can only solve 1 problem it also good :)

Well it is the menu under the VICTORINOX banner/logo. The "Home", "Info", "Demo" and "Pictures" links. There is the problem
