For your first layout=

-Nice colors and love the blue color.
-The buttons are cool and clean !

-Why do you have your layout/interface on the right side of the secreen insted of in the middel of the secreen, that will be better than in the right side !

Looks clean, nice corporate look. The only thing I don't like is the "welcome," it doesn't look good with the layout.

both are cool...on your cs site you could possible make the buttons stay whitish when you roll over instead of changing back to blue...it'd make it easier...otherwise...AWESOME
