hello, i was wondering if anyone has animation master, from www.hash.com (http://www.hash.com)
it looks like a very good affordable program, but i want to get some feedback from people who have had or do have it. thanks

It appears to be excellent at cartoonish animation :)

hmm, i wonder how it does with realistic animation, cause im looking to work with both, i really dont know much about 3d animation/art but its something i really want to get into. and this is pretty much the only affordable program. :(

it looks like you have to get a one year license, and it says,

"If Purchasing This Product, You Must Download the AutoDesk Eligibility Form linked to the right of this text (Adobe Reader Required). Complete the Form and fax it to Academic Superstore along with verification of current enrollment in a degree-granting, accredited academic instituion."

does high school count for that? And where could i learn that from the start?

my friend used it for a while, and said it was really hard. I dont know if that was just because he sucks at 3d in general, or it really was a bad program. That's about all I know about it though.

Yes, you can get the edu version for highschool. I recommend doing it through some other special edu supplier, though. That's how I got it.

I had a professor try to get all of us to use it. In an attempt to get some recognition, Hash had a free download of it, but to understand it you had to buy the user manual. Once we got it, it was awesome (as free (legal)software goes) but it is more of an 3d cartoon animation platform.
