can anyone teach me how to model a dice? as in a cube with rounded edges... and i want to render with 2d shading... no lighting or shadow watsoever... i just want the edges to show...

1. Make your dice faces in Flash
2. Export them as an AI file
3. Import them into Swift 3D.
4. Ungroup them
5. Set the Extrusion depth (under sizing) of each face item to 0 (or .1).
6. Group each individual dice face.
7. Rotate and realign the faces to make up a square.
8. Tah-dah.. done.
You can also take this a step further and use the advanced modeler to combine the individual faces / extrude the dots in / smooth the dice like darkmotion mentioned.
