Hi all, this is the first time I've tried to doing a vector, and it's completely done from scratch by myself, no references whatsoever. Please comment! :blush:

Hi, thanks for the encouragement!

Because I've only just started, I didn't know what details to put in, or how? Could you suggest some?

- shadows - you can suggest ripples on that gown
- more colour
- wrinkles here and there...

I have a bit of a problem with wrinkles on clothing (because i never have any idea where to put them). Can you suggest anything, or any tutorial? Thanks!

Dude, that's sweet!

Well, except that, for some inexplicable reason, you decided to put the date in there :ponder:

It's to remind myself when i did it. Guess I'm too used to writing dates on art pieces :p

- It reminds me of art that you would see on Hallmark cards. It's refreshing...good job. =)

i like it :thumb: nice work. might be a little nicer with some wrinkles but then again its fine as it is.. maybe try the character in a different position now ;)

lol i think he meant you put the date in such an odd spot - ie it's more common to have it down the bottom...

but good job nonetheless - very clean... :beam:

Thank you all ^_^ I did it mainly to see if I was completely hopeless at it. Guess I'll work harder from now on :}
