The ideal candidate will be able to design contemporary designs for e-learning and the web (mostly Flash). Similar to the templates you see here:
http://www.templatemonster.com (http://www.templatemonster.com/) (Just doing the designs graphically in photoshop is required, being able to do the animation, 3d design, and the Flash programming is a huge plus.)
